I think my score is over 750, and i’m wondering, does anyone know where to get the best 30 year fixed rate loan from? And what the Interest would be?
With that score, you shouldn’t have too much trouble, unless you can’t afford to buy a house. Call around to various lenders and see what they have to offer.

Rather than assuming your FICO (credit score) you should know it for a fact. Your credit ignorance can easily be played by a self-serving lender/broker when they try to stick you with an overage/underage fee for your "credit condition." Learn your real credit status by requesting a free credit report; http://www.freecreditreport.com.
Obtaining a 30 year fixed rate loan in current market conditions would be appx 5.750% depending upon lender and origination.
Whether you chose a legitimate Mortgage Banker or Mortgage Broker is up to you. A mortgage banker will represent their specific bank, whereas a mortgage broker will represent a wide variety of products from many different banks (although "some brokers" recommend products that they gain greater commisions from at your "expense".)
It is worth your while to invest some personal time and learn what your actual credit score is and then visit some bank web sites and find their mortgage rate dailys; ie: usbank.com, wellsfargo.com, bofa.com, etc….
A credit score above 700 should enable you access to the largest majority of the best loan choices.
