Has anyone had any problems with Nationworks, Inc? I am trying to find out how legit this company is?
I’m currently enrolled in 4 real estate classes, and between speaking to people in each of my classes and professors, I have yet to learn of any GOOD loan modification companies.
Every story I hear is about how these people rip you off and disappear. My professors (who are Real Estate Attorneys) all say that there is no reason to use these companies, simply contact the bank directly and work with them.
A lot of banks now offer automated loan modification services on their websites.

Be very careful. This "industry" is rife with scam artists.

If you want to see the 20 worst companies list you can log onto MFI Mod Squad (based out of Florida). Just scroll down on the home page to find it. It may not have every single one out there but these guys we’re doing wrong, and they got caught!
