Im applying to purchase a smallholding , which consists of 24 acres of land , a 4-bedroom bungalow and stables/barns. It is priced at £60k . I have £25,000 to put down . I am only 18 , as is my partner . He works full time – earns about £250-300 a week , i am unemployed as im off on sickness benefits , however i am also a full time student from september onwards.
I own 4 horses at the moment and im looking at purchasing another , however i could possibly put down £25-28,000 with abit of a jig of my finances .
Do i have any chance of getting a loan or morgage to pay off whats left ? I plan on putting it in my partners name
