My lender told me I qualify. Can someone let me know where is a good spot to find info on the new loan or even just tell me what exactly it is that I qualify for? The person I spoke with told me they would have to have a mortgage specialist call me in 7-10 business days.
I mean for a refinance…not the purchase of a new home.
