Can a judge lower my monthly mortgage payment in Texas?

Hi,
I used "Credit Solution" to settle my mortgage.They managed to reduce my mortgage up to 58%.It’s legitimate.I came across this company on NBC News Special Edition.Check it out here:

    a judge has nothing to do with a mortgage.

    If you are in trouble, call your lender and see if he will take lower payments for 6 months. Not likely, but worth a try.

    How about getting a second job.

    You signed a contract, even a judge can not remove your signature.

    The only way a judge can lower your monthly mortgage payment is to rule against you in a foreclosure proceeding which will reduce your monthly payment to zero because you will no longer own the home.

    Otherwise the only people who can do anything about your monthly mortgage payment is your lender.
