In response to the first answer, they say they have an encrypted web based software that is constantly adapting to your spending habits. Do you have the MMA? I want to speak to someone who has been on it. I very trustworthy friend told me about it and said that nothing can beat it. I just wanted to be sure. I know it’s not a bi-weekly program or paying extra, and they say they can still achieve it with $0 discretionary? I just need to speak with someone who has used it I guess.
No software required. Just pay extra to the principal every month. Do *NOT* pay extra to anyone to help you do this. You’re much better off paying whatever they were going to charge you as principal to the mortgage.
Maybe you do want a simple spreadsheet to see the goodness of even paying an extra 100 a month. Just search the web for mortgage spreadsheet calculator and grab one.
